Every meeting opens with the calendar for the next four weeks and closes with a written commitment list. Between meetings, working groups handle petitions, candidate vetting, the rep-contact desk, and the food-and-childcare logistics that make showing up possible.
We do the homework so the meeting time isn't wasted. We publish agendas in advance, vote out loud, write down what we promised, and follow up the next week. Less manifesto, more meeting agenda.
