What information we collect

When you submit the audit form, contact us, or schedule a call we collect:

• Your name and email address (required)
• The race you're running in (required so we can give a useful response)
• The URL of your current campaign website (optional)
• Any details you share with us in subsequent calls or emails

How we use your information

We use what you give us to:

• Respond to your audit request: within 48 hours we send you a teardown of your current site, by email and a Loom video link.
• Quote and scope a project: if you decide to engage us for a build, we use your contact info to send a proposal and contract.
• Stay in touch: if you opt in, we may send you occasional updates about new demos, pricing changes, or relevant industry pieces. Never more than once per month.

We will never sell your information to third parties or use it for commercial purposes outside of our engagement with you.

Communications consent

By submitting any form on this site, you consent to receive communications from Rep Yourself (a service of Catalyst Partners Ventures LLC) through these channels:

• Email: Responses to your inquiry, project communication, and (if you opt in) occasional updates.
• Phone: If you provide a phone number, we may call you to discuss your project. We will not use auto-dialers or pre-recorded messages.
• SMS: Only if you explicitly opt in for project status updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Your consent is not a condition of receiving an audit response. You may revoke consent at any time:

• Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe
• Click unsubscribe in any email to opt out
• Email hello@repyourself.vote with the subject "remove me" and we will remove you within 7 days

TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Florida Do Not Call compliance

All communications are conducted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Do Not Call program, the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, and the CAN-SPAM Act.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe at any time: every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Request deletion: ask us to delete all your information from our records.
• Access your data: request a copy of what we have on file about you.
• Update your preferences: tell us how often (or whether) we should contact you.

Cookies & site analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and (after you accept the cookie banner) Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising. You can decline analytics tracking at any time through the cookie banner.

Data security

Your information is stored in Airtable and is sent to our team via Slack notifications when you submit the audit form. Both Airtable and Slack are SOC 2 compliant. We do not store payment information on this site (any deposits are processed through Stripe Invoicing).

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the last-updated date below.
